History
Like his on-again off-again companion Emmett Hunter, not much is known about Jean's history. We know that his mother was Lady Beaufort, mother of King Henry VII, and his father was a poor Frenchman named Niko Paquet. He was born a vampire due to his mother being turned while pregnant with him. Shortly after his birth, she left him on the doorstep of a nice French family.He rose in the ranks while working under Micaela, Vampire Queen of Panama and the vampire who turned his mother, and soon he was powerful enough to be a king himself.
